Natural fermentation with native yeast the 2014 Grenache is
derived from mostly destemmed fruit.

Cold soak fermented in aged in neutral oak puncheons for 24 months. 

Medium bodied with fresh aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, licorice, white pepper and ground spice.

Gentle punch downs and pigeage 3 times daily.
Barrel aged for 22 months.
